St john baptist De La Salle was born Rheims and France in 1651. John was asked to help two schools. He directed the teacher for four years then he decided to spend his life with them. John parents left him and a young men alone. Him and a young man took vows to the labour as a teacher of all their lives. John started a grade in high school and a where it learn and trade for boys school. St. John died at rouen in 1719 and was canonized in 1900. In 1950 pope pius named him patron of school teachers.
