The first thing was the umpire has to throw the ball up and say 12 0'clock 3 0'clock 6 0'cloak and 90'clock and then when they say it the two other people have to jump and high-five the ball. Who ever hits the ball in the right direction gets a point.

What,The ball is thrown up & you have to jump up & high-five.
when,At the start of the each quarter, after a goal & throw in.
why,To decide who gets the ball.
why,The ruck-man & umpire



Ruck'o clock

Umpire calls out a o'clock & throws the ball then you hit the ball that direction.
e.g. 12 0'clock is forward
3 0'clock is right
6 0'clock is behind
9 0'clock is left.
